EFM developed the concept and all the design elements, including architecture, furniture and graphics, for an urban retreat in the heart of New York City's Times Square. The project proposes a complete renovation of an existing brownstone in order to accommodate a luxury boutique hotel and restaurant. The existing historic facade is maintained but is transformed into a screen in front of a new 15,000 square foot building, which contains a bar and dining area, 15 hotel suites and other hotel amenities.
